I have been delivering quality Chiropractic Wellness Care for families in the Milwaukee area since 2001.
My approach is simple. I believe that health is one of our most valuable possessions. Most people I meet generally fall into two main categories when it comes to their health and well-being. In one situation, the individual has experienced injuries or traumas, has accumulated great levels of stress throughout life, is already noticing that their health and quality of life are declining, and they feel it is time to do something about it. In the second situation, I see people who are already healthy and functioning well, but they want to ensure it stays that way. In many of these cases, they want to enhance performance and experience their ultimate life by being the best they can be. Whatever level you are at in regards to your personal health, I am committed to helping you achieve more.

These Care Plans are for those who have accumulated stresses in their life, have gradually lost a great deal of their health and well-being over time, or have acquired accidents and injuries. While Releasing stress and tension which has accumulated deep within your spinal nervous system and working to Rebuild and restore proper function and balance to your body, I have several responsibilities:

- Suggest ways you can participate in your successful healing and recovery

2. Revitalizing Wellness Care Plans
I offer opportunities and choices for you to achieve the highest levels of health possible. Through educational opportunities like my Healthy Living Workshops and this website, I hope to communicate the value of proactive Wellness Care. I want to help you by enabling your body to heal itself naturally. Then you may become more independent and rely less on the reactive sickness-care model of health care which advocates using drugs and invasive surgeries that alter your body unnaturally. Instead, I would like to empower you to increase your levels of energy, vitality, and immunity to avoid sickness and disease in the first place.
